How do you charge a Floppy Fish?
Just plug the USB cable that comes with the package to any standard USB type A port (like the USB port of your computer) and you are good to go. Once the Floppy Fish has been fully charged, the led light indicator will turn from red to green light.

What is the Charge Time?
The Floppy Fish™ Dog Toy charges for approximately 1 hour to reach the full charge and it lasts for up to 3 days without needing to be recharged every time.
Can my cats play with it too?
Absolutely yes! The toy comes with sealed catnip bag, and it can be placed in a little pocket inside the fish, so it wont affect the motor and its highly effective if you also have cats. The product is safe and durable and can be played by all cats and small-to-medium sized dogs.

We accept returns within 7 days which means you have 7 days from receiving the item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging with all accessories. Items not delivered after 45 days will be returned.Shipping to USA (HI, AK, GU, PR) and other countries/regions: 21-60 days (Tracked International Shipping). Items not delivered after 90 days will be returned.Shipping to the US is via USPS or UPS, while shipping to the UK and Canada is via Royal Mail and Canada Post respectively. Items sent to France are processed by La Poste and items sent to Australia are processed by Australia Post.
